[Resolved]  Netmeds — Delivery of medicine

I had ordered some medicines on 3 rd October 2021 but till now it's not been delivered yet. It's very pathetic service from your side. I had contacted your customer service multiple times for cancellation but got only verbal response from your side .No cancellation has been made from your side . Till now I haven't received the medicine and it's 1 month past from my booking. This kind of service is really bad for your company. Both refund and compensation must be given in my case as in this Covid period we ordered the product only because of trust.
