        I had order few medicine thru Netmed. I have not received those during the delivery.

        I have not received the following item:
        Arthrella Tablet
        Kondrox Flex sachet.

        I am totally not satisfied with the service. It took so much time plus your customer service no doesn't work. What's the point to order online if it takes time and product you don't deliver. I rather call/visit local Medico to get my medical supplies, which I will get in no time. Plus you are taking advance payment and not delivering the products.

        Please let me know the status or send the refund amount ASAP.

            Sending of wrong medicine

            Sir
            I have ordered medicine by order no[protected]A but I received wrong medicine. I have complained several time but sorry to say that I couldn't get my medicine. This type of mistake should not expect from company like you. For negligence of your company my wife may suffer a lot .Any mishappen who will be responsible for this.

            Very much disappointed. I ordered medicine in netmeds and the estimate delivery is 6- 7 November but till now I will not receive my medicine . This is last time I ordered in netmeds. If tomorrow my medicine will not delivered then I will definitely cancel my order.

              Hi
              As shown on TV they claim to be the fastest Medicine Provider in India.

              Ordered Medicines on 31st Oct and as shown on TV Fastest Delivery is yet to arrive.

              Today is 8th November.

              After 5-6 time of follow up

              Finally I have cancelled my Order and Requested for Refund.

              As per Customer Service Executive, I need to wait for Refund for 7-8 working days.

                I have order medicine for my mom on 3rd november wednesday today is 8th nov...the order is prepaid of around five thousand rupees...whenever i try to contact customer care they just respond with one thing that"order will be delivered shortly please wait"
                my mom is in need o[censored]rgent medicine...they dont care about that at all...
                they gave a tracking id...i contacted with them they are saying we have not recieved any delivery till now yeat please wait for some days...i am highly disappointed that how can a medicine company be so careless...they are not taking any initiative
                please help me...is there someone who can help me to get my money back or the medicine i ordered

                  Order placed on 3rd nov and is still not delivered. The order is already prepaid . They don't even responds to email and when called either they disconnect it or there number seems busy . How can a telecaller number be busy? I have even placed requests to callback but all in vain. Such a FRAUD and IRRESPONSIBLE company . How they are running business till now with so many same complaints? That also medicine company?

                    Delivery of medicine

                    I had ordered some medicines on 3 rd October 2021 but till now it's not been delivered yet. It's very pathetic service from your side. I had contacted your customer service multiple times for cancellation but got only verbal response from your side .No cancellation has been made from your side . Till now I haven't received the medicine and it's 1 month past from my booking. This kind of service is really bad for your company. Both refund...

                    I have placed order online and have paid the amount on 30th October 2021 with delivery date of 1st November 2021. It is 4thNovember 2021 today no delivery received so far. Only assurance that it will be delivered tomorrow. Senior citizens depending on online purchases not able to move out of the house nor any one available to run errands for us are without medicines today. Who is going to be responsible if anything happens to us because of non availablity of medicine on time.

                        Useless platform, didn't receive medicines the given date was the next day, negligent customer care and delivery partner, only tests patience and is of no use, the medicines were urgent, utterly disappointing.

                          Payment of Rs 3854.50 was also made for the same.

                          On delivery we find that the following medicines

                          A) wrongly sent

                          Rosovas 75 tablets

                          Renopress 50 tablets

                          B)

                          Not delivered

                          Bio D3 30 tablets

                          C)

                          Cancelled at your end

                          TELMA AM 30 tablets

                          It is only after receiving the first lot, we rang up your call center wherein it was understood that cancellation of part order has taken place and refund initiated on 31st Oct21.

                          Please review at your end for our entire query and revert back immediately.

                          Also part cancellation of order, without our permission, is not acceptable.

                            My name is Prejit Radhakrishna, Mob# [protected]. Please note that I am not at all happy with Netmeds services. I had placed an order for 8 qty of Jardiance Met 12.5/500mg (Order #[protected]A) on 21-Oct with pre-payment done. This order has not yet been delivered to me, although this item reached my city on 24-October. Please note that there are other orders on the same order, which have been received by me without any issue. Why is there such a delay? I was following this order with Netmeds customer service by telephone and also by chat but no success. Please note that such an unprofessional approach is not at all appreciated. Although I ask Netmeds representative Preethi to cancel the order and get me the refund since it's better to get the refund than not getting the delivery of the order. I even don't sure whether I will get the refund back or it will be a non-solving puzzle like the delivery. I don't know whether you are serious with your customer or not but I am totally fed up with this order and with Netmed. I am not sure whether Netmeds will sit on this complaint or take any action. Please at least let me know what action you have taken such that you are not losing your regular customer. Is there any Compliance Redressal procedure in Netmeds?

                              I placed order (id[protected]M) on 12th october from my registered mobile no - [protected]. After that i made a return request from customer care from which on 15 october and 23 october was picked by agent of DELHIVERY with tracking id[protected] and[protected] for ( RARICAP M 30 - 2 QUANTITY, DIBAGEST SR300 - 2 QUANTITY, VEHYCAL NON-VEG - 2 QUANTITY) . From tracking ID it shows in delhivery site that product is sucessfully returned to you 10 days before, but netmeds still not initiated or refund my amount from 2 weeks. I already made a day to day multiple complaint to customer care executives but netmeds still not refund my money from 2 weeks
                              I request you to please refund and initiate my money and please do not breach my trust from your side.

                                I had ordered medicines on 27th October vide Order ID[protected]A. However, the delivery is not done till date (02.11.21). There is no facility on APP for seeking support by calls. The App is not working in the Help section.
                                I want to change the delivery location due to delay in delivery of medicine but option available. My view is it is a very bad APP and company support is pathetic as there is no response for the chats on WhatsApp Support.
                                Suggest to please do not buy any product from this company as they are simply advertising about faster delivery but actual practice is very poor.

                                  Ordered medicines on 21st October making online card payment. Order number is[protected]MSO2. Still medicines are not delivered even after 11 days and they are blaming courier (their delivery partner) for it. Even their online system is not allowing to cancel the order. Please help as it might cause inconvenience to many others as well who reserve the money for medicines and when Netmeds would neither deliver the medicines nor credit the amount back immediately and still worse not allow customer to cancel the order in system. When I called online support they said they said they would cancel but have not cancelled till date. Today when I called they said that they would cancel after they receive the order back and further it would take 7 to 10 days after cancellation to credit the amount. This is totally unfair. I wasted half hour everyday during last 6 days tracking the status of my order and getting a standard response that it would be delivered in 24 hours. Moreover I had to take additional effort to get medicines from alternate source due to the urgency.
