Netmeds — Fraud company....prepaid product not delivered till now..

My tracking id[protected] and order id[protected]ASO1. Order Placed
23 Oct, 2021 10:12 PM and estimated delivery date 28 oct. I didn't receive the product but showed the track order Package Missing in Audit. Please help me out. It was a fully paid order. Pathetic 3rd class service from Delivery courier. in their system with status 'Missing in audit'. What a JOKE. Daily following up with your company since 30 oct, only getting fake promises of delivering in 24-48 hours...It's been 4 days but I'm still waiting...again getting fake promises from senior officials of netmeds
Seems like a case of THEFT or NEGLIGENCE by company staff...
