Customer Grievance/Complaint - Call Ticket [protected] (Lab report not delivered)
For the order ID - DIAG[protected]
I gave blood samples to Netmed/Healthian Partner lab on 28th Nov 21 at 7:00am. The report was expected by Monday, but it is to my grief and inconvenience that the lab reports are not sent to me by the netmeds team even after multiple calls. This is delaying my consultation with the Dr. based on these reports.
Note - Healthian lab has informed me that the reports are already delivered.
I AM REQUESTING NETMEDS - "GRIEVANCE OFFICE TO PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS REQUEST" AND SEND ME THE REPORTS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Every time I call customer care, they ask for my ID and then say someone will respond to me in 24hrs or 48 hrs, but I am not seeing NO progress.
The reports are important and urgently required.

Another concern - The netmed app doesn't show the correct status of the order.
