I have ordered medicine on 1st December which was supposed to deliver on 3rd December. But still not delivered, no response from netmeds and their courier person is not picking Phone.

Pathetic service. I want compensation from delay in service and harrasment.

      My order was placed on 5th November, a prepaid order to be delivered from net meds to pune. However the order is not get delivered and also after numerous complaint to their customer care they are telling me to wait. I want my refund ASAP.

        I had ordered medicines online through netmeds. The order ID is[protected]A on 02/11/2021. The medicines were not delivered to me timely. Hence, I requested for cancellation of order. It has already been a month since I had placed my order. Despite repeated calls and mails, my order has yet not been cancelled and refund has not been initiated. Kindly take any action against the company and request you to help me get my refund.

          Hi,

          I placed a pre-paid order with netmeds for 2000 INR.

          My order was marked as delivered in their website, but only a partialder was delivered to me.

          *suborder ID[protected]WSO1 - was delivered.
          *suborder ID[protected]WSO2 - was NOT delivered.

          I have been writing to their customer care for the past 5 days, but nothing has changed and they have not refunded my money too.
          Each day I receive a response from different person.

          Please help!

            I placed an order on 27/11/2021. The order ID is[protected]A. I was charged Rs. 2655.59 which I paid through a card.on receiving the parcel I found one medicine viz Daxid 50 GM's short.Its Max price is Rs 477.69. Besides max price of rest of the medicine has been charged.No discount of 15% as promised has been included. Please look into the matter at an earliest.

              Hi,
              I placed order on Dec 22 2021 on netmeds and i was suppose to get the same on dec 24 ..But i have not received yet ( Till today Dec 1 ) .I am doing follow up multiple times but no actions taken .Please understand that you are doing a health related services .. No communications on the same, Raising this concern after having so many discussion, But no help done on their end .

                Lab reports not sent so far

                Dear Netmeds Team,

                Customer Grievance/Complaint - Call Ticket [protected] (Lab report not delivered)
                For the order ID - DIAG[protected]

                I gave blood samples to Netmed/Healthian Partner lab on 28th Nov 21 at 7:00am. The report was expected by Monday, but it is to my grief and inconvenience that the lab reports are not sent to me by the netmeds team even after multiple calls. This is delaying my consultation...

                I ordered certain medicines from netmeds with order id[protected]A and then my prescription was changed so i returned the medicines on 3rd of November . My order was picked up on the very same day and the returned shippment reached the destination location of netmeds on 12-13 November . But i didn't got my refund of the amount so i e-mailed netmeds they said they have initiated my refund and i will be getting my refund the 1-2 week . So i again waited but i not got my refund of amount 776 aprox (as i remember) then i called netmeds they again said my same thing this cycle is keep on going, its 28 November till today i neither got my amount refunded nor any satisfactory reply from netmeds every time i call them they say we have informed our conserned team you will get the refund soon but i am not getting my amount refunded back. I got an email from the company stating that i have to provide my new ifsc code i have sene them the new ifsc code three times but still the are not giving any satisfactory reply or my refund

                  I have ordered medicine on 31.10.2021, Order ID[protected]A.
                  Due to delay in delivery I have cancelled the order & asked to proceed for refund on 04.11.2021.
                  But till date after many follow-up with customer support- almost 20 calls to them and waiting for 1 months i have not got any firm date for payment nor issue for which they are not refunding me.

                    I ordered the item on 24th October Expected Delivery:
                    Fri, Oct 29, 2021. Did not arrive. NO information at tracking. wrote 4th Nov. No response. eventually speak to customer service who promise to chase it up. Still does not come. I speak again. Am told it will arrive in a couple of days. It does not. After some time I check tracking information only to find my order has been cancelled. No one has informed me, no email, no sms. I speak again to customer service. They say available and if I book again they will ensure it comes promptly. I do on 20th Nov. Expected Delivery: Thu, Nov 25, 2021. I check tracking info on 28th No information. I leave a message on line and am told only my order "will be moved for shipping". I write again. no response so far. But for a company dealing in such vital products, this treatment is shocking. This is a covid essential item and it should not take 6 weeks to reach. If there was a problem delivering why not say so, so a customer can try elsewhere. My problem is compounded as for some reason they will not deliver this item to my home area so I have had to order to my relatives' house. several hundred kilometres away. Both times it should have reached before someone was coming who could have carried it to me. I request Netmeds to deliver this immediately without further delay. Ideally, given the trouble they have caused me, to my area address (471606).

                    A Warning to other customers. Twice my order was cancelled by Netmeds with NO reference to me and no information sent. Indeed I was exchanging communications with their customer service about delivery and being assured they would expedite this even when it had been cancelled from their end. Netmeds did not seem to think I should be told. Later they claimed I had cancelled it. Totally not so. And for such essential items it is a great deal more than an "inconvenience".

                      My wife has ordered pregnancy related medicines on 25-Nov-21. It was a big order amounting to approx. 7000 INR.

                      Somehow, order got split into 2 orders - done by Netmeds team i suppose.
                      secondly, medicines that we ordered on 25-Nov-2021 did not get delivered till 30-Nov-2021.

                      What kind of service is this.
                      This is the first or 2nd time i am using NETMEDS app and my experience is that its horrible, really really poor...
                      Even the customer care team do not bother much about it...so i guess Netmeds team knows that their reputation is not good amongst consumers.

                      I usually prefer to order from Pharmacy and so far my exp with them has been really pleasant and delivery before time.

                      I thought i shall give Netmeds a try and trust me, please do not make mistake by ordering from here.

                      I wish i could give negative ratings to this app,

                      2.[protected]ASO1 (this got delivered by 29th which had only few medicines out of the lot that I ordered)

                        I have ordered regular madicine on 10nOv 2021 at netmeds.
                        Medicine I have ordered all important madicine and it's for suger, pressure and fits issues...I can not keep my 66y mom for a single day without Madicine.
                        Status shows medicine reached coimbatore in 2 to 4 days but madicine was not delivered and I did not get any calles from delivery department.
                        I received 2 madicine out of 11 and they splitted my one order into 3 deliveries/ parcels.
                        Updated on my order it shows " sai tally could not be initiated - internet issue / power failure, physically shipment to be verify.
                        When I contacted the customer service On 27th I come to know they can not deliver. And the money will be refund later.
                        My problem in this is my mom is waiting for this madicine for a long time without taking regular madicine... In top of it if netmeds can not able to deliver, it's a responsiblity that they have to intimate the patients that the madicine will not be delivered.
                        Nothing has happened in this case.
                        So people reading this complaint request you to think twise before ordering the madicine on netmeds. ( Or any online portail ) for their own reasons they don't bother even patients pass away.
                        Being a care taker please be very careful for your loved once.

                            I placed an order on 29th October and the item was supposed to be delivered on 1st November. Not it's been 27 days past the delivery date and they still have not delivered on top of that they have not refunded my amount even after repeated calls and emails. They keep on lying that they would check and refund in 48. hours but nothing. It's been going on for so many days and I'm tired of this. I just need my refund.

                              I have ordered medicine on 6th November.I never get a call from delivery boy who should be delivering the the order.After I checked the status and it shows i rejected and it is cancelled.I called customer care they said they will deliver asap but that did not happen.As I had medical urgency I bought all the medicines from somewhere else. So I called again customer care and cancelled the order.It has been two weeks since then they are not willing to refund my amount.So ultimately they did not deliver the order and refuse to refund amount.I am mailing them every day but in vain.

                              Please help me get back my refund.

                                I had ordered some meds which was supposed to be delivered in two parts, first one was delivered but the second part with Travoson eye drop was not delivered but some other meds that was supposed to go to UP was delivered to me.. the meds had the bill inside for some patient in UP even though I explained the situation and called around 10 plus times netmed has ended up giving fake response and claiming they will resolve the issue. It’s been abt a month already. I am tired of calling and emailing these people.. initial ticket number that was given to me[protected]. I have submitted all required proof to netmed over email yet no response from their end
