I ordered the item on 24th October Expected Delivery:
Fri, Oct 29, 2021. Did not arrive. NO information at tracking. wrote 4th Nov. No response. eventually speak to customer service who promise to chase it up. Still does not come. I speak again. Am told it will arrive in a couple of days. It does not. After some time I check tracking information only to find my order has been cancelled. No one has informed me, no email, no sms. I speak again to customer service. They say available and if I book again they will ensure it comes promptly. I do on 20th Nov. Expected Delivery: Thu, Nov 25, 2021. I check tracking info on 28th No information. I leave a message on line and am told only my order "will be moved for shipping". I write again. no response so far. But for a company dealing in such vital products, this treatment is shocking. This is a covid essential item and it should not take 6 weeks to reach. If there was a problem delivering why not say so, so a customer can try elsewhere. My problem is compounded as for some reason they will not deliver this item to my home area so I have had to order to my relatives' house. several hundred kilometres away. Both times it should have reached before someone was coming who could have carried it to me. I request Netmeds to deliver this immediately without further delay. Ideally, given the trouble they have caused me, to my area address (471606).

Updated by jvang1 A Warning to other customers. Twice my order was cancelled by Netmeds with NO reference to me and no information sent. Indeed I was exchanging communications with their customer service about delivery and being assured they would expedite this even when it had been cancelled from their end. Netmeds did not seem to think I should be told. Later they claimed I had cancelled it. Totally not so. And for such essential items it is a great deal more than an "inconvenience".
