Netmeds — missing items and delay in delivery
And they did it yet again. Forgot to ship few medicines and updated the status as delivered. On writing to them they didn't revert back till 3 days and i had to call them on the 4th day. And then they give the credit of missing medicines in netmeds wallet. How can a medicine supply organisation be so irresponsible all the time. Either they deliver after 15day or they forget to deliver few items or they don't act on your complaints. And in the end just a refund of the missing items and they feel everything ia sorted. Everytime this can't be tolerated. I had decided henceforth i will never ever use netmeds but then they give you the refunds in their netmeds wallets forcing you to order again and go through the same torture one more time. Just one line "we regret the inconvenience" and they think the loss is repaired.
