This is regarding my order id [protected]aso1. I have ordered my medicine on 6th dec from netmed id but unfortunately i got phone issue due to which courier service was unable to reach, and i totally agree that from my side i have got my phone issue due to which they couldn"t reach to me on time.
But the main issue was that how could they do the blunder mistake to deliver the item to any random person, they could have cancelled the order.
And till now i havent got my delivery or any kind of further information regarding my order.. I strictly want to take action regarding this asap.

    patient name is not mentioned in the invoice.

    I called the customer care to update the patient name in the invoice as i have to submit it for claim. But they are saying that it can't be changed as i have informed it after 1 month although the mistake was from their end. I just want to know where in your policy document it's written that the invoice should be updated within 1 month of dilivary? I want the updated invoice with patient name so that i can make the claim. Please solve this...

    I am regular customer. Your courier person returned my order by simply saying that i have rejected this order.. I came to know this when i tracked my order online. It was really shocking for me that i have not received any call from delivery person then how could i reject my order.. Them i asked your customer care executive for reshipment then also i don't get any satisfied answers from your executive.

      wrong batch number product received and not accepting return by netmed

      Order id: [protected]a

      The product nestle resource opti powder - vanilla flavour 400 gm (Pet jar) received with two different batch number, not matching with invoice.

      Batch no.: 83330451hb is not mentioned with invoice.

      Also this batch no. Product is expired when delivered.

      With continuous follow-up with nedmed, they are denying to accepting the return....

      missing items and delay in delivery

      And they did it yet again. Forgot to ship few medicines and updated the status as delivered. On writing to them they didn't revert back till 3 days and i had to call them on the 4th day. And then they give the credit of missing medicines in netmeds wallet. How can a medicine supply organisation be so irresponsible all the time. Either they deliver after 15day or they forget to deliver few items or they don't act on your complaints. And in...

      Worst delivery experience &pathetic company is netmeds i placed an order on 6/11 & delivered date should be 8 or 9 nov as per netmeds. But due to a worst service till date i haven’t received the medicine. They dont have the knowledge or experience abt the importance of medicine.         Against your performa invoice dated nov 01, 2019 at 8:04 p. M, an order number [protected]aso1 was placed by me amounting to rs 10487.26 only. Rs 2056.88 as discount nearly 20% was offered against the total cost of rs 10487.26 resulting the net amount of rs 8430.38 was paid by me in advance.
        An invoice number :cs[protected] dated 03/11/2019 has been raised by you. The total cost of the medicines supplied in the above invoice comes to rs 9330.55. Against rs 10487.26 only shown in your performa invoice. Hence the discount @ 20% on the supplied medicines total value of rs 9330.55 only arrives as rs 1866.10 (One thousand eight hundred and sixty six) only and as such the net amount of the medicines supplied after deducting the 20% discount comes to rs 7464.45 only. You are therefore requested to refund rs 965.93 which have been paid in excess on the basis of your performa invoice.         i.e., Rs.[ 9330.55 - 1843.68 + 908.73 ].

        Since you have paid Rs.8430.38 we have refunded the difference amount of Rs. 34.38 (Rs.8430.38 - Rs.8396.00) to your Netmeds E-wallet.

        Garbage collection is not being done on regular basis.
        The person's are coming after long intervals of 4-5 days.
        Unhygienic conditions due to undisposed garbage.

          I ordered for 3 items and prepaid for them through paypal. The ordered on the 19th and the products has still not been shipped as per the tracking information. On the 3rd of November I received two messages saying that the products have been delivered. But I neither got the products nor was there any prior information about the delivery. The tracking status still says products not shipped. I demand a refund if they fail to deliver the actual products. Is this some kind of joke? The customer service is also terrible. Please deliver my products for real.

              Received message yesterday that my order is out for delivery and did not get delivered... I waited patiently to receive it today however now the status is updated as failed delivery with remarks as future delivery requested.

              No one from courier company contacted and my address is prominent landmark

              These medicines are all very important for my mom and now i will have to go and purchase it from local chemist.

              Experiencing this 2nd time and totally disappointed.

                  I “ordered” klm-c20 (“20ml”) & “received 10ml” parcel. After following up with customer care many times i was assured that another 10ml packaging will be delivered to me. I have received parcel today whose packaging is “open”.
                  Netmeds.com is fraud company firstly luring ppl in name of discount and then sending wrong or unsealed products. I would request you ppl to not buy medicines from “netmeds.com” as they are wasting our time on calling customer care and mails and torturing consumers unnecessarily.

                  “First impression is the last impression”.
                  I am not looking forward to buy from your site (netmeds.com) anymore.
                  Hope this will make an affect and you will find loopholes which need immediate attention.
                  I had an equally bad experience. On November 2021, I had ordered a pair of webbed toe separators. Instead of sending me the same, they palmed off two damaged pieces of something else where they had no takers.
                  For half a year, I have been struggling to get the refund but to no avail.
                  All their customer service team is concerned is with getting good reports by clicking the link!
                  Now after half a year, they have intimated that they are refunding Rs 156/_ whereas the amount I had paid is Rs312/_ ! How ridiculous, ! Is Netmeds a full fledged market place or a bania shop trying to haggle?! It is extremely.frustrating!
                  I have again written to them to return my money immediately, failing which I will take up the matter with the Consumer Forum.

                    Hi team,
                    I placed an order in netmed on 15th oct 2019 & this was my first time order with netmed. Every time i order medicine from 1mg & i got the medicine on time even before the eta. This time i just planned to order it from netmed & this was a big fault done by me now i am feeling. Neither the netmed not it's courier partner shows there responsibility towards the service or customer experience. My eta was on 17th oct 2019 but the courier person without calling me mentioned in the remarks as customer not available or business closed. After that i complained the same to the netmed executive through the helpline number but that was also useless they only raised the complained & sit silent gave me the false commitment as eod i will receive the packet. The full day gone on the 19th again i spoke with one of the senior person & informed him about the delay but even he also gave me the wrong commitment that the parcel will deliver by eod of 19th. The whole day gone i have not get an single call from any courier person.
                    Netmed now took my money & play with me. The experience with my 1st order make me decide now this is the last order from netmed & i decided to show this thing to social media now who are still not the user of the netmed & planned to be. I have never expect this type of disgusting service they are providing with the customer.
                    Now i will receive my packet or not leave it. But i will definitely show this to everyone who are still trusting netmed.

                      I have received defective medicine (fungus on tablet) Netmed Order Id: [protected]M
                      I have raised the complaint to netmeds Ticket No. [protected]. The said will check and revert to you for further action but neither any action have been taken till now nor any reply received.

                        I had ordered nan pro 3 on oct 2nd ..cancelled it on oct 5th at my doorstep. i was informed by cancelling at the doorstep the order will be cancelled but it didnt happen so i called netmeds again and again but no proper response from them. On 7th it showed with fed ex then on 10th again with fed ex.                             While placing my first order i have provided a code mc 30 which avails me of 30% discount for my first order as advertised by them when the order arrived the discount applied was 20%. Their customer service advided me to cancel order and place a fresh order with the code, after numerous calls and going back and forth on the matter, now i'm told i cannot avail benefit of 30% discount on first order as an order cancellation has already happened in my account. Thanks to their bogus claims and malafide intention they have wasted a great deal of my time and money on calls since there is a premium charge on calls made to them it's rs1 per minute
                            If the company is so sure of being one of the best in medicine supplies for online services they should be using a 1800 number and not 1860 number for customers to order and not con the consumer for ordering too.

                            Firstly the company must understand that it is dealing in medicine and not any other consumer products.
                            The order status showed Delivered but I have not received the package.
                            With constant follow up with the netmeds I didn't get any solution. The customer care is just useless

                              order cancel & refund process

                              I would like to file a complaint against online pharmacy named as netmeds. I have placed an order of medicines from netmeds. My order id is [protected]wso2 placed on 19 sept, 2019.

                              From my order they have delivered one medicine within 2 days for one medicine they could not deliver it till 10 days. Even last medicine status gets delivery fails due to address not found but how it could be possible as i have ordered many...

                              Hi,

                              I have not received the order which has been prescribed by doctor. Impact of the wrong medicines create problems for the patient.

                              I have attached prescription for the same.

                              Doctor suggest to take amijoy 50 and rospram 10, whereas netmeds has sent amimind and rosuvas.

                              Please consider this complain.

                                On 9th sept. I ordered some products from netmeds, which i had returned later for some reason, but igot refund of only 2 products out of 3. Which was vlcc face wash costing ₹211.50 with order id-[protected]a... You customer care support is pathetic they are useless. First you give only 80% refund after that you do give refund of every product returned you back. I had a very bad experience with netmeds. Not going to purchase any thing in future from your website, worst site
