Worst delivery experience &pathetic company is netmeds i placed an order on 6/11 & delivered date should be 8 or 9 nov as per netmeds. While placing my first order i have provided a code mc 30 which avails me of 30% discount for my first order as advertised by them when the order arrived the discount applied was 20%. Their customer service advided me to cancel order and place a fresh order with the code, after numerous calls and going back and forth on the matter, now i'm told i cannot avail benefit of 30% discount on first order as an order cancellation has already happened...

I have not received the order which has been prescribed by doctor. Impact of the wrong medicines create problems for the patient.

Doctor suggest to take amijoy 50 and rospram 10, whereas netmeds has sent amimind and rosuvas.

On 9th sept. I ordered some products from netmeds, which i had returned later for some reason, but igot refund of only 2 products out of 3. Which was vlcc face wash costing ₹211.50 with order id-[protected]a... You customer care support is pathetic they are useless. First you give only 80% refund after that you do give refund of every product returned you back. I had a very bad experience with netmeds. Not going to purchase any thing...

I have ordered a medicine on 29 august, 2019 and delivered on 17th sept, 2019. So much delay in delivery but that also the seal of the medicine is broken. Its look like someone tempered this. I have no option in the netmeds app for return. Another case is they deducted money for some order but the order was not completed. I raised a complain for refund but they are not refunding the amount. What to do now?...

Wrong medicine was sent. Cash was paid on delivery. Netmeds is now creating all kinds of obstacles in refunding the money. Firstly, they don't want to refund the entire amount. They want to make me pay shipping charges for shipping the wrong medicine. Secondly, they want to credit my netmeds account with the reduced amount rather than credit my bank account.

I have always got delayed delivery of medicines in netmeds. Always. Not even once have i received it on time. I just want them to know and be responsible knowing that this js not grocery shopping. It's medicines. They can't delay for weeks everytime. Otherwise they shouldn't promise delivery within 48hours.

This is not the first time that this happened. It happen all the time. Patients can't reply for their medicines on this...
