[Resolved] Netmeds — non delivered & delay their services from last 13days also not caring seriously my medicine. | |
Dear sir, I would like to inform you that i have ordered a medicine from 31st july 2020 still now not received this product. The above mentioned order id has total medicine devided 3 part, first 2 part received as per promises time cause they send this from pvt courier partner. But my one of package of this order id has still not received. They dispatched to this 31st of july still they have not to going any track report from indian speed post cause they have send this from govt courier & netmeds also told me as per email conversation the indian post & netmeds now partner for regular delivery partner so it will be not issues any more for my delivery. But daily they give me wrong promises daily and all the time by email, call & online chat also. But not showing any tracking report from indian post & not use my emergency medicine. We are choose to use online but now they dont care this for long day's but a serious medicine company. Now they have not care for this. I also request netmeds too many time, that you please reorder for this medicine from your end for urgency and your fault. So i think the medicine company have some knowledge that this is the one of big medicine online shop, so many people have to need for life medicine for urgency, its should be send a nominal time for 2, 3, 4 days as per normal but the time takes by netmeds its very higher time. Please give me the urgent resolution with proper pending medicine for urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | |
