[Resolved] Netmeds — not received medicines after ordering 7 days prior. | |||||
7 days have passed. Netmeds is saying the order is with the courier in mumbai. I am staying in mumbai. Today is the 7th. Day. Still not received. Daily they say i will surely get it today. But it never arrives. Never faced this problem with other online pharmacies. I asked them to refund my money but they say the parcel is with the courier. That should be their problem and not mine. Ordered med on[protected] and till now medicine are somewhere with courier guy and netmeds is not aware of anything and damn care whether medicine are delivered or not because they already got money.They will delivered medicine when they will be of no use for patient. Very poor and Worst service such companies should be shut down...
