[Resolved]  Netmeds — order cancel & refund process

I would like to file a complaint against online pharmacy named as netmeds. I have placed an order of medicines from netmeds. My order id is [protected]wso2 placed on 19 sept, 2019.

From my order they have delivered one medicine within 2 days for one medicine they could not deliver it till 10 days. Even last medicine status gets delivery fails due to address not found but how it could be possible as i have ordered many more medicines from netmeds prior and it is delivered as per their delivery terms.

My concern is with netmeds is that what a ridiculous delivery partner they have chosen as their delivery boy could not found the address in well known area in ahmedabad and if could not found the address then they could not arrange a one phone call within nearest area so i can guide for my residence.

After i have seen order status as delivery fail due to address not found, i called netmeds and ask them to re-arrange it or refund my payment and their customer care executive ask me to wait for 24 hours and they will manage my order delivery. Again they could not deliver it up to 48 hours and again i called them ask to cancel my order and give back my payment for undelivered medicine amount and they again ask me to wait for 24 hours and still on 30 sept, 2019 i could not receive my payment back.

Even my order amount is not small, its cost near about 3400 rupees.

So finally i have decided to file complaint against netmeds as per my communication with them and they said yes i can take any step if i could not get my refund within 24 hours. I have recorded call with netmeds.

I request you to all that not to buy any medicine from netmeds as they could not arrange a better delivery partner and they do not care about the order which we placed with them.
