[Resolved] Netmeds — order is showing under processing since 5 days | |||||
Order id - nms[protected]w placed on 7th oct, still under processing, from past 1 day i am connecting cs but not getting proper answer, every-time i hear yes we will do it. It had never happened earlier. Really getting annoyed on this. Is this the same company that was caught for fake medicines selling online. The news paper never said any name. Please help us. I placed this order on Friday, the estimated date of delivery has already crossed.
Now i am not able too get hold of any of the customer care numbers provided on various websites.
If the order cant be completed, i would like a refund of the money
