[Resolved] Netmeds — orders being done for generic medicines and sanitizers for an amount of rs 720 from netmeds app on 16/05/2020 but amount being debited from my account

I would like to request you that i debashish dasgupta an netmeds customer had ordered an horlicks health drink powder classic malt 1 kg (Refill pack) for rs 428 and let's shake handz safety hand sanitizer 500 ml for rs 250 on 16/05/2020 by opting for the cod option but instead while checking my account details i have got to find out that an amount of 720 rs has been deducted from my account as a result of some sort o[censored]nauthorized transaction being done so i have already cancelled this order and i want to get a full refund on my account i never made an online payment so how for some strange reasons the amount has been deducted from my account
