[Resolved] Netmeds — paid product not delivered | |||
I have ordered product on 8th july 2019, it was supposed to be delivered on 11th july. I paid (Amount 2826 inr) for the product online transaction id c1907082037514361493070. I provided the prescription as asked but still after that they have stopped the processing saying that the prescription is invalid, whenever i try to call on the customer service number no body is there or it will say that you dont have any order from your registered number. I tried calling multiple times but no response from customer service. I have mailed them thrice but no action has been taken. Please help me resolve issue. Was this information helpful? | |||

I ordered a product from netmeds it delivered today when i opened the medicine i In urgent need was missing when i complained they said wait for 24 hre team will check the video of dispatching what wrong making us fool when everyone having urgent need of medicine then the person if die in 24 hrs
