Hey swaraj, my issue is also the same, did you get the refund or not?
I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 9th april 2022, for which the payment was made using paytm app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned.
I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They didn't took any steps to resolve the complaints.
Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.
