But In-app it was the order delivered so I called customer service to explain the concern, and got the same answer every day, the issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours, I asked if I could buy medicine outside, and customer service said no ma'am, it will deliver 100%, don't buy outside. I was fed up with hearing the same answer from customer care every day, so I sent many emails to [protected]@netmeds.com, but received the same response each time. Regarding order[protected]A, we understand your concern. It's been more than a month with no results; what should I do now?
I've requested the delivery person number as I didn't receive it and I'll ask again if I don't get an answer. Then also didn't refund my money, very painful and pathetic service.
