Ordered on 5th Jan 2022. Confirmed on 6th Jan 2022. Consignment was in the same local area but delivery person telling that it had reached wrong hub so he cant when contacted netmeds, they are telling that its on transit, when asked for cancellation still they are not responding.
From 6th to 14th Jan 2022 I had sent several mails to customer care by, mails and phone as well they are not responding. Customer care is reluctant to attend my phone call also after trying several times only phone is getting connected. Dont rely on netmeds. Such a cheap service. No value for customer.
For critical medicine what kind of attention they are giving.
No cordination between Netmeds & Delivery Partner
