I had placed an order for excela moisturizer 50gms this morning i.e. on 16th january 2022 and made payment for the same via upi payment. But the status of order is showing that the order has been declined.
What is to be done now?
Why did my order get cancelled?
When will I get my refund?

    Payment was successful but Order was not placed

    I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 16th January 2022, for which the payment was made using debit card through Phonepe app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have attached the photocopy from the Phonepe app which states the Transaction...

    I had placed an order on 12th Jan but the order wasn't delivered to me and status of my order was updated as delivered, post that I have been following these irresponsible inhuman company regarding my order, everytime they say 24 hrs it will be resolved it's been 4 days still there is no progress.One of the worst company to ever place an order for anything.
    I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.you guys are terrible do not treat the customer this way!!!

        My order placrd on 9th Jan is not delivered yet. I am continue following up with CS team. Everyone is giving same answers I am trying to expedite. Kindly take action . I am in need of the medicine urgent. The order has kids medicine.

          They have delivers wrong product and not responding now.

          Oderd aua-check sticks. Product not delivered. Tried to cancel, but did not get cancelled. Not refund processed.

              Firstly, I placed a order of emergency medicines on[protected] days back). The order was shipped even after 15-20 days of order. I called the customer care several times and it was useless. I got the order cancelled only because the executive guaranteed that the voucher money ( 500 rs) will be added to the wallet which has not happened till date. The customer care and the company is so irresponsible.

                Ordered on 5th Jan 2022. Confirmed on 6th Jan 2022. Consignment was in the same local area but delivery person telling that it had reached wrong hub so he cant when contacted netmeds, they are telling that its on transit, when asked for cancellation still they are not responding.

                From 6th to 14th Jan 2022 I had sent several mails to customer care by, mails and phone as well they are not responding. Customer care is reluctant to attend my phone call also after trying several times only phone is getting connected. Dont rely on netmeds. Such a cheap service. No value for customer.

                For critical medicine what kind of attention they are giving.

                No cordination between Netmeds & Delivery Partner
                No transparency on customer care complaints

                  I tried ordering some medicine as per my regular prescription and the final amount that had to be paid was 604.65 rupees. The amount deducted from my account but the order got declined and I am unable to talk to customer support or anyone.

                    I have ordered a tablet on Netmeds on 09th Jan 2022, they are still not delivering my product, even I have raised a complaint your executives just giving me assurance and not actioning anything, atlast I have called and informed to cancel my order yesterday and your executive assured me that refund will receive to me within 48 hours, but still the order has not cancelled and in Intransit status, how long should I wait to get this solved, do you really think a patient should wait for you without eating the tablets for more than 5 days, I just need my order to be cancelled and want my money back within 1 day, order details attached in image

                      Total refund 540.12+540.12= 1080.24 Rs i ordered twice. money INR 540.12 deducted from my account two times but no order confirmed after successful transactions. First payment done by Paytm upi of INR 540.12 reference:[protected] at 9.59AM on 13/12/2022 and second payment done by Google pay of INR 540.12 reference:[protected] on 13/12/2022 at 10:01 AM. i contacted to bank they told money was successfully transferred to netmeds. after payment no any order was confirmed. After this i contacted to netmeds. netmeds denied to give refund.

                        Ticket No:[protected], I ordered medicine on December 6th, with an estimated delivery date of December 7-8, but I never received a delivery person number or a call. But In-app it was the order delivered so I called customer service to explain the concern, and got the same answer every day, the issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours, I asked if I could buy medicine outside, and customer service said no ma'am, it will deliver 100%, don't buy outside. I was fed up with hearing the same answer from customer care every day, so I sent many emails to [protected]@netmeds.com, but received the same response each time. Regarding order[protected]A, we understand your concern. It's been more than a month with no results; what should I do now?
                        I've requested the delivery person number as I didn't receive it and I'll ask again if I don't get an answer. Then also didn't refund my money, very painful and pathetic service.

                            An order was placed for medications for a recovering stroke patient as well as 4 senior citizens on the 27th of December with an estimated delivery of 30th December. However, more than 2 weeks have passed since the order was placed with no information as to its status. Several calls were made to the customer support during the 2 week period to inquire about its status of shipment and we were given confirmation several times that the order would be recieved by us within 2 days maximum.
                            On the 12th of january, on a call with a customer support agent named Vishnu Das, we are informed that the medecines have not yet been dispatched from the warehouse and was given guarantee by the agent that he has raised a flag on the order and that he will personally ensure that the product is recieved within 1 days as well as providing a call of confirmation once the product has been dispatched. Neither of which has happened. We have no information regarding the order that is already paid for, several dependents waiting for the medications with absolutely no support or information from the Netmeds team.

                            We are severely disappointed with this delay and lack of concern over our order and the sheer ignorance by members on staff regarding this matter.

                              I ordered on 17 dec, order was never delivered to me for continuous 3-4 days I got OTP that order will be delivered along with OTP but no one came at last I complaint for it to customer service the guy said wait for 24 hrs as order is out for delivery and will be delivered tomorrow, i waited but same story, complaint again customer service agent told refund will be given and will be reflecting within 24-48 hrs I agree and after some time I got confirmation on app that order is delivered, since then I have been following up but no response

                              I believe there are many competitors in market netmed it's tha customer service that makes the difference afterall everyone will deliver the order and medicine but it's the customer how they retain their customers

                                  Netmeds promised to deliver the product within 2 days and as of now it has taken 5 days and highlight is again it will take one more week.

                                  While contacted customer care, one of the representative is telling within 24 Hrs it will be delivered and when asked clearly he is saying 24 hrs to 48 Hrs. One of the worst company to order medicines. He is not clear when it will be delivered. If any senior people from netmeds is viewing this, requesting you to hear the audio conversation of the same.

                                  So far there is no idea when it will be delivered

                                    I placed an order for some medicines on 1.2.2022 and 5he order was supposed to be delivered by 2nd to 3rd January. But even after a week, it's not delivered.

                                    I lodged a complaint. They said it will be resolved. But no effect
