Netmeds — product not delivered by courier service

Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a product from netmeds on 10th march order id - nms[protected]w
Yesterday it was supposed to be delivered as per the delhivery courier service, and they didn't deliver, but they marked the order as delivered, and send the delivered confirmation sms to me as well, this is a negligent behaviour by the delivery service, i complained netmeds about this yesterday but they didn't reply yet. I need this behavior to be taken into consideration.
