Dear sir, It is pathetic that i have ordered in march via order no.[protected]a. As my brother is kidney patient who undergone to a disastrous problem due to their lackluster approach.. I have followed their representatives number of time but they are misguiding n not giving correct information.. But still my payments of refund is pending. I could not make it that netmeds have locked my amount from 56 days n not willing to understand.. Why this is happening?? I am really fade up with netmeds lackluster approach towards customer service.. If my payments are not refund then i will sue in court n claim a healthy amount because of your lackluster approach in delivering my patients has suffered alot.. Which in turn put an extra burden..
