[Resolved]  Netmeds — Refund of amount

I have ordered medicine of my father on 26/03/2022 from netmeds application. My order id and s[protected]A. My order was prepaid and I had paid amount of Rs. 8140/- through UPI channel. They have not processed my order and therefore I had cancelled my order from it on same date i.e. 26/03/2022.

As per their refund policies they have to return my amount within 9 working days. However, till 5/04/2022 I was not in receipt of my refund amount, I mailed them to issue it. They issues me ticket number [protected]. However, they were not refunded the amount so, I contacted to customer care number. Even they also informed that we will refund your money within week.

Till 13/04/2022, they did not return my amount so I again mailed them for issuing. And during this time I had also called almost 10 to 12 times for my issue. They still not taking any actions and sowmtimes they disconnected my phone call also. I had again mail on 15/04/2022. They did not reply me for that. Finally I had again mailed them and inform about my disappointment, then also they just told me that you will get your amount. When I told them that something went fraud within your company then they disconnected my call.

I am submitting my complain with you with the hope that my problem will resolve and I will get my money back. Rs. 8140/- highly matters for me and my family. Atleast I can use my his amount for my fathers regular medicine.
