It is regretful to inform you that 30 tablets o[censored]rimax Dx ordered by me against my Order No.[protected]WSO2 dated 15 April 22 have not yet been delivered till date even after a lapse of 10 days.
Instead of sending the above medicine ordered by me you have wrongly sent me a packet vide AWB No.[protected] through your courier XPRESSBEES yesterday i.e. 25th April, 2022 on the top of which my name and address was printed. However, on opening this box I was surprised to see two pouches of Lamino GI Plus Sugar Free Vanila Flavour Powder each of 200 grams which were not ordered by me. With these packets your Invoice No. CSHX[protected] DATED 23rd April, 2022 drawn in the name of Nidhi Sharma with her address of Sanganer, Rajasthan was also found. I am attaching herewith this mail the photos of the top of the box, box containing 2 nos. packages not ordered by me as well as the abovementioned wrong Invoice packed inside this box. It is surprising to note from your website that you have generated Invoice No. CSHX[protected] dated[protected] for the above medicine ordered by me. However, the medicine has not yet been delivered till date and in place of this you have sent two pouches of wrong medicine which was not ordered by me.
You are requested to send me 30 tablets o[censored]rimax Dx ordered by me against my Order No.[protected]WSO2 immediately and take back the abovementioned two pouches of wrong medicine and wrong Invoice sent by you. If you do not send me the medicine ordered by me immediately then I will be compelled to not buy any medicine from Netmeds in future for which you people will be responsible. Your careless, irresponsible and negligent approach will certainly loose many old and trusted clients like me for Netmeds for which you people will be totally responsible.
I hope better sense will prevail at your end and you will take prompt action in this regard.
