This is regarding the Order ID:[protected]A.
I received a partial order on 16th jan, and a request for the return on 16th of January and it has not yet been collected from me.

For another partial order, I have not collected as per the instructions from Customer care, but that is also showing in transit as of now

I have called more than 100 times to netmeds customer care, 90 times it is not getting connected and 10 times they said your return request is placed, but its not working.
Note: I have already paid the full payment in advance.

also wrote mail to [protected]@netmeds.com on 20012022, but not received any revert from them
