Hello sir, I have ordered the medicine (Hald SR 400mg) on 11th January, 2022 from Netmeds(Order ID[protected]A) for what expected delivery date was 14/15th January, 2022 But still I have not received my medicine as its 21st January, 2022 I have called so many times on your customer care number and requested for fast delivery and every time I have been assured that I will be received the same as soon as possible but I have not found any proper response from your team. I have also contacted your courier partner for the same but they also were unable to update about true delivery date. As I am helpless now, I am requesting you to take strict actions on this issue.
