Dear Team,

Greetings of the day...!!!

I am raising this complaint for netmeds
I have placed the order on 19th Jan, 2022 and within 48 Hours the medicine should be delivered as per there policy
But today is 2nd feb 2022 nd i am following up many time to netmeds on call nd in mail also but still they have not delivered the Medicine

    Address: Lalithapuram street, Royapettah, Chennai – 600014, Tamil Nadu, India

    The orders are in transit status for 13 days. I reached out to your customer care team more than 5 times but no resolution yet. I have emailed on 20th and on 31st of jan but no response from the team.

    Due to INORDINATE DELAY, subject Medicines have been purchased from other sources. Hence I want Immediate REFUND.

    Request you to resolve the issue and refund back my money.

      Netmeds - deleting reviews on Google Play Store, hence I will also be posting again

      Worst service provider. Order[protected]A on 24 Jan with delivery date of 25 Jan, however not delivered yet. Adding to it, there customer care team has no answer other than placing you on hold until you disconnect. Chat executive Sriparna is so arrogant and mannerless that every time asking for query, not even acknowledging and keeping the unanswered.

        Please note I had placed as on 12-Jan-2022 & partial items received and balance items lying in Kochi since 19 Jan-2022. Below is the order details:

        I have twice spoken to your representatives but of no use. Your help line is not at all useful better it should rename as frustrating line.

        This is the second time I am experiencing this bad experience from NetMed. I am thinking of discontinuing the NetMed service and moving towards Tata 1mg.

        I am not sure whether I will get the order this year. There feedback is very bad since they never provide any feedback. Totally frustrated with them.

          Before 45 days they have taken the order but not refunded my money yet. Everytime I call them they say in 48 hours they will refund but I have not got my money..help me out

              I ordered aptamil stage 3 (2 quantities) but I was sent 1 quantity of aptamil stage 1 and 1 quantity of aptamil stage 3. My order number is[protected]A

              I have contacted customer support on email, calls and chat and numerous follow ups for last 8 days but still a replacement has not been issued.

              Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and only thing they say is within next 2 days replacement will be done and this response has been given to me already 3 times in last 1 week (Monday, Thursday and Saturday).

              Frankly I am fed up and I have decided never to place an order again on this scam website

                I have ordered latocom cf 2.5ml medicine of 830₹ and i have successfully done UPI transaction from gpay but the order is not visible in netmeds app or in my order section.
                I have attached a screenshot of gpay where 830₹ payment has done successfully.
                Please refund money back.

                      I placed the return request on Neteds approx 2 months back and I am still waiting for them to arrange reverse pickup and process my refund.
                      Tram is highly unresponsive on different channels and take customer for granted.

                        Dear Team,

                        This is my second complaint for the Netmeds product delievery.

                        All these Netmeds team is playing with the customers life they don't care about the human life. No courier tracking system is available at their end and every time they will say sir will get the delivery within 48 hours but from last 1 month no order is received from the ordered date.

                        Netmeds team is using local courier sustem in the bangalore so no one can track that delivery status from the tracking number. last time also they did the same thing with me and not delivered the item after showing for out for delivery.

                        These team is worst team in Indian pharmacy and even their managers are just sleeping in the company. No one is tracking the orders and no update is giving to customers.

                        I asked for the refund in this month but that also they have not refunded me.

                        As on time medicines is important to survive the life but if the medicines not get within time then it will be dangerous for the human life. We can understand if there is a delay of 1 or 2 days but 1 month delay cant accepted.

                        Request you to please communicate to netmeds team for providing full refund amount with additional amount of Rs. 2000 for palying with the humans life.

                          I order for medicine and complete payment in netmeds app but my order did not show in app. I have not got any message about order . then i contect to custmor care but they did not solve my issue and misbehave with me . i call them more then 5 times but still my problem not resolve . i want my money back and strict action against this company . i order on 22 january 2022.

                            I ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 26th January 2022, for which the payment was made using debit card through Gpay app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. In the Netmeds app there is a section of MY ORDERS, even there my order was not mentioned. I have attached the photocopy from the Gpay app which states the Transaction number.
                            I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They didn't took any steps to resolve the complaints.
                            Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.

                                I searched a product and was looking at the images of which I wanted. I looked at a product's image. Read it's description. And ordered it. I took nearly a week and the product isn't the same as the product's image. I need you to rectify that mistake in your catalogue and refund me as soon as possible.

                                  I order isotroin 10mg from Netmeds application on 23rd dec 2021 and it estimated delivery date is dec 24- 25 but i didn't get that order. Most importantly it shown delivered on app even i didn't get my order.

                                  So, I complain by calling at help center of netmeds from 26 dec 2021 to 25 jan 2022 and i get only one answer "False report is given by delivery man you get you payment in 24 to 48 working day" But till date i didn't get any money.

                                  So please look into this and tell them to refund my money as soon as possible. I hope i get proper response here.

                                  It's been more then 15 days while complain on consumercomplaints.in still i didn't get any updates...
                                  Netmeds is the worst app to order medicines and have worst customer care. They don't know anything..All they know is to give excuses..My order is pending since 2 weeks and when I asked for cancellation they said we have cancelled it and refund will be initiated..Its been a week, refund has not been initiated and everytime I get to hear it will done in 24 hours.
                                  And they are not doing anything from their end.
                                  2 days ago when I called, they told me order has been cancelled and it's pending with the payment team and today I get to hear that order is pending for cancellation.

                                    I placed a order in netmeds, immediately I found that the address was my temporary address and not the permanent address which I want them to get shipped. When I tried to contact the customer care in chat after longtime someone responded and informed that it would be updated in 2-3 hours and would be shipped

                                    Later they didn't change but shipped to older address and when the delivery person contact me I declined to pickup and asked to cancel and return the shipment so that I can cancel the order

                                    After that there are no updates in tracking, no response in chat always reports no customer care agent available and no reply for the mail sent

                                    Now neither medicines or money is returned

                                    The mail is sent more than 10 days back and there is no response mail ..

                                    I had customer care on 24 or 25 th, they assured that the existing one would be cancelled and new order would be placed immediately by backend team and until now no new order is placed with new address

                                      I have ordered tablets through netmeds but partial order of it was delivered but other order was not delivered, the courier person informed me that there is no service in my pincode so you can call customer care and cancel it, I have done the same but no response from their side customer care representative said order would be cancelled within 24 to 48hrs but nothing happened same on twitter to I have complained but no use of it
