Dear Team,
This is my second complaint for the Netmeds product delievery.
All these Netmeds team is playing with the customers life they don't care about the human life. No courier tracking system is available at their end and every time they will say sir will get the delivery within 48 hours but from last 1 month no order is received from the ordered date.
Netmeds team is using local courier sustem in the bangalore so no one can track that delivery status from the tracking number. last time also they did the same thing with me and not delivered the item after showing for out for delivery.
These team is worst team in Indian pharmacy and even their managers are just sleeping in the company. No one is tracking the orders and no update is giving to customers.
I asked for the refund in this month but that also they have not refunded me.

Request you to please take strong action against this Netmeds company because this is the second incident happened with me iwithin10 days of previous order.
Also, Request you to please ban against this company.
As on time medicines is important to survive the life but if the medicines not get within time then it will be dangerous for the human life. We can understand if there is a delay of 1 or 2 days but 1 month delay cant accepted.
Request you to please communicate to netmeds team for providing full refund amount with additional amount of Rs. 2000 for palying with the humans life.
