    I searched a product and was looking at the images of which I wanted. I looked at a product's image. Read it's description. And ordered it. I took nearly a week and the product isn't the same as the product's image. I need you to rectify that mistake in your catalogue and refund me as soon as possible.

      I order isotroin 10mg from Netmeds application on 23rd dec 2021 and it estimated delivery date is dec 24- 25 but i didn't get that order. Most importantly it shown delivered on app even i didn't get my order.

      So, I complain by calling at help center of netmeds from 26 dec 2021 to 25 jan 2022 and i get only one answer "False report is given by delivery man you get you payment in 24 to 48 working day" But till date i didn't get any money.

      So please look into this and tell them to refund my money as soon as possible. I hope i get proper response here.

      It's been more then 15 days while complain on consumercomplaints.in still i didn't get any updates...
      Netmeds is the worst app to order medicines and have worst customer care. They don't know anything..All they know is to give excuses..My order is pending since 2 weeks and when I asked for cancellation they said we have cancelled it and refund will be initiated..Its been a week, refund has not been initiated and everytime I get to hear it will done in 24 hours.
      And they are not doing anything from their end.
      2 days ago when I called, they told me order has been cancelled and it's pending with the payment team and today I get to hear that order is pending for cancellation.

        I placed a order in netmeds, immediately I found that the address was my temporary address and not the permanent address which I want them to get shipped. When I tried to contact the customer care in chat after longtime someone responded and informed that it would be updated in 2-3 hours and would be shipped

        Later they didn't change but shipped to older address and when the delivery person contact me I declined to pickup and asked to cancel and return the shipment so that I can cancel the order

        After that there are no updates in tracking, no response in chat always reports no customer care agent available and no reply for the mail sent

        Now neither medicines or money is returned

        The mail is sent more than 10 days back and there is no response mail ..

        I had customer care on 24 or 25 th, they assured that the existing one would be cancelled and new order would be placed immediately by backend team and until now no new order is placed with new address

          I have ordered tablets through netmeds but partial order of it was delivered but other order was not delivered, the courier person informed me that there is no service in my pincode so you can call customer care and cancel it, I have done the same but no response from their side customer care representative said order would be cancelled within 24 to 48hrs but nothing happened same on twitter to I have complained but no use of it

              Hello,

              I have ordered medicines on 16th January & delivery date was 17-19 January. Still order is not delivered fully. Only 1 of 2 is delivered. Status is marked as processing. I tried to talk to customer care on this many times. But they are also not providing solution. I kindly request you to please check & provide solution. Order ID is[protected]M. Iam unable to cancel the order also at my end. I spoke to customer care to cancel it. But no response.

              Medicines are ordered because of your promised delivery dates. But netmeds is playing with our belief. It is happening thrice to me. Please understand that medicines are very important in this pandemic. But you are playing with our belief in you which is not at all tolerable.

              I request kindly look into it & provide solution.

                  I bought cancer treatment medicine worth 9000 rupees in the last week of December 2021. However when I received the package it was so badly packaged and shipped that the tablets had been crushed and some had even popped out of the strips.

                  When I contacted the customer care they could not be bothered about it and only upon insisting that they take back and refund the amount they agreed and told me that they would arrange for a reverse pick up which never happened till date.

                  Several follow up with customer care by email resulted in standard template reply with zero concern for the customer concerns.

                  A guy on live chat promised me that they would promptly arrange the pickup and refund in 3 days. It is now 5 days as of this writing (23 Jan 2022).

                    Hi,

                    I ordered few products from Netmeds on 11th January vide order number[protected]W. The order was supposed to be delivered by 14th January. No one from their team called me for the prescription for 4 days. No one replied from the customer support email either. The telephonic customer support just kept on saying that we will arrange a call for prescription. Emailed their management and the order was approved. The copy of the prescription was never shared with me btw. The order was delivered on 18th January. It was missing 2 soaps and the rest of the products were fine. Immediately called and mailed them the photos but no one is replying now. What is a customer supposed to do in this situation if a company is ignoring the customer? Kindly look into this.

                      I had ordered my medicines (zecal, follihair and ocid 20) a few hours back.
                      I made a payment of Rupees 509 from Google pay, but the order is still pending (declined), and the payment has not been confirmed yet. My money has been deducted but the order has not been placed at your end.

                      I have attached both the receipt of the transaction (on google pay where amount 509 has been paid to you) and the pending order details on my netmeds account. Kindly expedite the issue, either refund my money or confirm the order. Or I'll have to take strict action.

                                I ordered medicine on December 5th. Due to fake update by courier my order showing as delivered. This statement also confirmed by Netmeds customer care. I requested for refund on 8th December. But till now i didn't received my refund. More than 40 days i waited for refund. Everyday i am contacting customer care and mailing also but no use till now

                                Why I need to wait for my money, if i won't get my refund i will take a legal action 100%

                                  The order status is delivered although the order was not delivered and it’s been 21 days no refund is initiated .

                                      Hello sir, I have ordered the medicine (Hald SR 400mg) on 11th January, 2022 from Netmeds(Order ID[protected]A) for what expected delivery date was 14/15th January, 2022 But still I have not received my medicine as its 21st January, 2022 I have called so many times on your customer care number and requested for fast delivery and every time I have been assured that I will be received the same as soon as possible but I have not found any proper response from your team. I have also contacted your courier partner for the same but they also were unable to update about true delivery date. As I am helpless now, I am requesting you to take strict actions on this issue.
