I Asha rani ordered a medicine on 28jan2022 but I received a wrong items on 29 Jan. Order I'd is[protected]ASO1, After that I complained to cs team and make a request to return and refund they said they solve it in 48 hrs. After 2 days I again called to cs team and it's lasted for r week.
Then i started mailing to cs team daily after 15days they responded on my mail. But the problem is still not solved by netmeds. Now it's 20 days passed still I haven't received my money yet. Was this information helpful? |
