I would like to raise a complaint against an order which is "[protected]W".

I have not received multiple medicines on that order while it shows that the order has been delivered which is not right. The medicines that I have not received are -

Soframycin Skin Cream 100gm
Finpecia 1mg Tablet 15's
Dolo 650mg Tablet 15's

Also, I have received only one file of Tugain 10% Solution 60ml while the order placed was for two quantities.

I need immediate assistance and would like a refund. I have followed up numerous times since, Jan 26, 2022 but have not received any acknowledgment.

Is the email " [protected]@netmeds.com" valid ? My emails are bouncing and I really need a reachable email address and this needs to be resolved.

Netmeds owes me money and it is open for months now. Please address immediately.

    I Was Placing A Order For 2 Duolin Inhaler 200 Md On Monday 21st February 2022 At Night 9:04 Pm. I Was Trying Netmeds For The First Time Earlier. I Tried To Do The Payment Online For My Order With Amazon Pay UPI & I Did So & The Money Was Also Deducted From My Bank Account But After Getting Redirected Back To The Netmeds App I Saw That My Order Was Order Not Placed Yet But My Payment Was Completed. Please Help Me In This Matter Either Make A New Order For Those Products Or Give My Refund Of Rs 463.89. I Am Attaching The Payment Proof From Amazon Pay Where Everything Is Mentioned. Please Resolve This Matter. I Have Mailed Them With The Proof Of My Payment But Still Nothing Has Happened After 3 Days.

        I had ordered my medicine (Order ID:[protected]ASO4) on 11 February, 2022 and I have yet to get my medicines!! I already raised the issue several times with the customer care executives but to no avail!! It's been ten days since my order was processed and the worse part is that I can't even cancel my order as the website says it's unable to process my request for cancellation!!! All I ask right now is for my money to be refunded back because I have already bought the required medicines from my local medical shop!!

          I placed an order for some medicines. Netmeds split the order into 3 slots and delivered half of the items in 2 slots and did not deliver half of the items.

          I have complained about this through email, chatting and phone call. After trying for about 12 days, I could talk with a human assistant (on 5th Feb) through voice call who said the money would be refunded immediately.

          As no refund came, after 10 days on Feb 16, 2022, I wrote an email complaint to netmeds, Ticket No:[protected].

          After 6 days of verification they replied me that- We would like to inform you that we have not received the payment, We kindly request you to check the payment gateway. (email enclosed).

          Now I want to bring your kind attention that how irresponsible and ridiculous are these people in their response. If they have not received the payment how did they deliver half of the medicines? are they so generous to send medicines free from their pocket.

          I am attaching the relevant documents
          (1) the screenshot of mobile app which shows that the 3rd lot has been shipped but not delivered
          (2) the screenshot of my order from netmeds website, which shows the details of the order and payment.
          (3) the invoice which shows that they have received the payments.

          I would bring this to the kind attention of all customers to be aware of this irresponsible company and be prepared to loose their money before making any payment to netmeds.

            We ordered aqa check active strips, order id was[protected]M and
            receive order on dt 07.02.2022.But the expiry date of the product was wrong.We ordered the product with expiry date July 2023 but we have received the product with expiry date aug 2022.So we made mail to [protected]@nedmeds.com on dated 07.02.2022 for exchange the product with correct expiry date .But after so many mails and phone calls the product has not been exchanged and no action had been initiated till date.Please resolve the problem immediately.

              already order medicine on 1 feb but they send me medicine in 2 part again some medicine is missing then they said it will come in 3 part,
              today 22 feb i dint recv medicine daily im calling custumer care .
              since 4yrs im using netmeds every 3 or 4 months im facing same problem
              nice service .

                I have palced An order NM[protected]A-1 but no confirmation detail is shared to me.
                I complaint for this on email and they give me ticket no [protected] and not resolved even I attached transaction reciept and medicine order. They also don't respond on call. Thire customer care disconnect my phone abruptly. Plesae refund my money.

                  I Asha rani ordered a medicine on 28jan2022 but I received a wrong items on 29 Jan. Order I'd is[protected]ASO1, After that I complained to cs team and make a request to return and refund they said they solve it in 48 hrs. After 2 days I again called to cs team and it's lasted for r week.
                  Then i started mailing to cs team daily after 15days they responded on my mail. But the problem is still not solved by netmeds. Now it's 20...

                    Hi Team, Around 3 weeks back during the last week of Jan 2022 I had requested for return of few items in the order no.[protected]A
                    GLZ XR & Eurepa. I got a call that the items will be picked up on Feb 3rd, 2022 but till date the items have not been picked. I had again called and asked the customer care executive to get the items picked up on priority in the second week of Feb 2022 but still no response. Kindly arrange to get the return items picked on priority, Else it will leave a bad experience and it would force me to move to some other online medicine provider.

                      I have ordered a medicine on 6 February, 2022 and delivered on 12th February, 2022. So much delay in delivery but that also the seal of the medicine is broken and its in a damaged and leaked condition. Its look like someone tempered this or damged during transit. I have no option in the netmeds app for return. I raised a complain with all images of damged product for refund but they are not refunding the amount. So many follow up but still they are not responding regularlyy to mail also. What to do now?

                      They arrange pick up for damged product. Both day courier partner came for pick up but denied to pick up the damged product because netmeds doesn't mention pick up reason.

                          I placed an order on 12th February, the delivery estimate was 13 - 14 February. It's 19 February. A delay of a couple days is understandable, but 5 days?                                 Netmeds Order[protected]W has been delivered on 31/01/2022!, but with Doctors name and even though sent them 7-8 emails and talked to their 4 customer care executive, they are not sending me correct bills. Due to this i could not claim reimbursement for the bills and had almost lost the entire amount of approximate Rs.5400/-. Since every time i call they lie that fresh bills had been sent and then when i gave them an alternate email id, still frest correct bills were not sent.
