[Resolved] Netmeds — rude behavior by delivery person | |||||
Dear sir/madam, I am a regular customer of nermeds; i generally place order twice in a month. Today my lastest order [protected]m was expected to be delivered. But when the delivery person called (+91 [protected]) and asked me about the location he spoke to me very rudely and refused to deliver. He even ordered me to come and collect the package from somewhere far. This incident is not only an example of poor service but also an unpleasant conduct. I would request you to take disciplinary action towards the concerned person, in order to avoid such incident being repeated in future and elimate the possibilities someone like that delivery person to spoil your company's reputation.
