Netmeds — Sending of wrong medicine

I have ordered medicine by order no[protected]A but I received wrong medicine. I have complained several time but sorry to say that I couldn't get my medicine. This type of mistake should not expect from company like you. For negligence of your company my wife may suffer a lot .Any mishappen who will be responsible for this.

I am a regular customer of netmeds but last time I received wrong medicine and I have complained about that but sorry to say that my complaint is not solve
