Ordered medicines on 18.10.21 and till now not received. Everyday, when I call customer care, they will say it will reach today. But, still not received. Worst service I have seen till now. They don't understand the seriousness of the urgent medicines to be delivered. My order ID[protected]M. They must close the business. We personally went to the courier office and took the medicines. Very pathetic service by both netmeds and delhivery courier.
