Netplus Broadband — Account status inactive even after making 2 payments

My internet went to inactive status in the early morning so I made a UPI payment through their payment platform before going to work when I came back I noticed that my internet is still not working so I called them and they told me it sometimes happens. They also suggested sending the payment screenshot to their Emai for a refund and making another payment to get the internet active again ASAP. so I did what they told me and made a 2 payment but my internet is still not active. I made 2 payments of RS 825 but my internet is still not working Moreover customer care doesn't know what to do they just try to get out of the call without trying to help you so I don't know where to escalate my complaint.
