[Resolved] Netplus Broadband — Internet not working since two days, and no one is coming to fix it.

I have registered a complaint as well in the company. They are saying since 2 days someone will come visit, but no one has visited. Extremely bad service. First they took 1 month to provide a new connection, that too after so many calls and writing an email.
Now, internet stops working just after 2 days and no one is coming to fix it. I was thinking of getting their new connection also, but now it seems they have the worst service.

There was a network technical issue going on from the backend. No one came to visit nor did they give any update. But, the query was resolved by them.

Netplus Broadband customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
