Netplus Broadband — Account status inactive to active request

When ever i prepays my netplus connection netplus service is not a hasselfree service at all. They harass everytime. After one day or 12 to 36?hours after they confirms payment. Even on regular emails on customercare they do not bother to resolve the issue and on long calls they promise to resolve issue at early but they do not do anything to resolve the issue. Is it a kind of customer care?? This time also i paid yesterday afternoon and it is more than 18 to 20 hours but still on my regular calls they do not bother to confirm my payment??
