Netplus Broadband — Broadband activation status

Address:Nahan, himachal

Please note that i had recharged by broadband yesterday. but its still in inactivation state. I have provided the screenshot of transaction to [protected]@customercare.co.in. after contacting multiple times the status is still at inactive. As I am a medical professional I have greater responsibilities due to COVID pandemic.
therefore, please address the issue ASAP.
