Worst customer care service ever. My WiFi router is not working since 5 days and they have not resolved this issue till yet. We are following up with them daily but they just write down the information and do nothing. Also, they block the contact number from which we make calls so that we are not able to connect again with them. My office work is suffering a lot due to this issue since Work from home is going on. We have made advance payment of 6 months and now we can't even get the new broadband connection of another service provider. If they are not able to resolve the issue soon, then I want the refund of the payment made. Phone Number- [protected]
