I called numerous of times to Netplus call center to downgrade my current plan or 599(70Mbps) to 499 (100Mbps).
They are giving more speed with less price plan.
Customer support executive asked me to pay bill for 5 months in advance and I paid that even though they did not change the plan.
The fake ticket generated by them closed itself after few days and now they’ve blocked my number too my calls to customer support does not get connect to executive.

Why am I paying more for lesser speed when they're giving much better speed at low price.
