Netplus Broadband — complaint against customer executive staff

The customer executive staff is very arrogant, i asked veerpal to put me through to senior and she just denied and said you can complain you have the right. They are so arrogant and instead of helping is messing around with the time of the customers.
The local operator took money but didn't update the system and i called the customer care instead of helping they just asked to call the operator and the no they gave they had actually stopped working with them 2 months ago, so their systems are so bad, staff is so bad, they are just irritating the customers and harassing them mentally.

My netplus id is 1592218. No sense of talk and zero behaviour of local executive. Misbehaviour with me and used abused language. Please punished him for misbehaviour and abused language.
