Dear concern It is sorry to say but your service is pathetic. Also your employees are very unprofessional. It is almost three weeks that my connection was approved but nobody is coming to install it. After my long follow up someone came and complete the wiring and told me that in the evening or tomorrow he will arrange the modem and it would be functional. But after that nobody. Then after my long follow up with your local representative some one came but again they told me a new story that hub is full so they are unable to give a connection from there. But they promised on monday my connection will be start functioning. Instead of installing my connection they stopped picking up my calls. It is very unprofessional and not acceptable. Now i am not interested in any kind of service from net plus. Also i am going to file a complaint in court for harrassment and also going to upload feedback on social media so that you cannot cheat any other user.
