I used netplus broadband from September 2022 to January 2023. Now I have shifted to some new location so I returned the router to the agent who installed it previously. But yesterday I received a call that your netplus broadband bill is pending and you have to pay it. When I called customer care support they said that your account is already deactivated. I want to deactivate my account as I have returned the router after payment of all bills but as it was postpaid connection it is billing into my account every month. Kindly deactivate my account permanently. My customer number is [protected].
