Netplus Broadband — delay in service / unprofessional / rude

Since 4 days i am trying to get a new connection from this well reputed company netplus and everytime they fool me back to back saying i will get a call back soon. I asked for the escalation matrix? Company doesnt has that. I tried sending email ' no responce. Even after it isnt any of customer fault they talk to you so rude? I simply asked many a times if they cant provide the connection, just let me know? They wont say that either. Ref 182838
