Netplus Broadband — Employees/Owners- Are Taking Advantage Of Situation

Hi,
I have been using Netplus broadband from October'2020 and not faced any problem until last couple of months. The modem which they had provided me at the time of installation started giving me connectivity problems. Now their technician are saying that you need to upgrade your modem to 5g which will cost me another 1500 Rs-. I would like to tell you that i already have paid them Rs- 5000 at the time of installation which is very big amount to have a broadband connection. I have a receipt of that as a proof. Now instead of replacing their faulty modem at no cost they are demanding more money from me. Also, if i have to change name on my bill i need to pay 1000 Rs to change a name on bill. They are doing this because of the situation that made us to work from home and badly need a broadband connection for work. Their employees are corrupt and always seeking for money which comes under the table. They don't care about their job and responsibility. My only request is kindly replace my modem with compatible one so that i can use flawless service.
