I'm Netplus wifi from a long time and from last 11 days I'm continuously facing slowness issue. I had raised this query to my local operators but they are not even answering my calls and not providing any resolution.
Even I have sent multiple emails to [protected]@netplus.co.in and [protected]@netplus.co.in but there is no support from there end. Every time they are creating a new ticket and closing it out without providing any solution.
