Netplus Broadband — i paid my bill through net banking but receipt was not sent on my mail and also not shown in your payment history

Sir for the last two months i deposited my bill through net banking but your office was not sent me the receipt on my mail even than never shown on your site "payment history" please look into the matter personally. I deposited dated 8/9/2020 payment for the month of september 2020 similarly it happened with me in last month. I call your office and send my bank statement and than he entered my bill payment
