Netplus Broadband — internet not working

It’s more than 2 months my internet is not working and i have filed multiple complaints the first one being on[protected]... And now it’s one month complete but still my internet is not working, whenever i call them they say that we’ll resolve but still no effort... If they resolve my issue soon then i will continue with the connection otherwise i have to deactivate my connection... I hope this time my problem will be resolved...
