I am #netplus user from last year, (Account number - [protected]) and i am paying 590 per month and everything was going all well. But from 17/04/2020 my internet was down, so i filed a complaint on same day. The customer care said, no worries your issue will be solved soon. But today is 22/04/2020, and i have call to customer care many time but issue still pending. I really never thought that this companies customer service is this worst.
