We have broadband connection since 2021.
However every alternate month we getting issue in internet connection. When we try to reach out local team, either they not received our call or just reply that we will check. But they never take it as serious issue. They always took 4-5days to fix it.
When we complained it to Netplus customer service, they ask that your customer id is already terminated.
However we recharge wifi timely and paid online to local vendor then why this descripency are there.?
Local team usually not received our call and upon ask everytime they told us diffrent customer id. There behaivoure also very rude.
They even dont listen to us and said ok disconnect the connection if you have such problems.
And Netplus customer service not even investigate our problem or take any action. I tried numerous email to them customer call, but they just sent us the repeated reply that your id is inactive.
Now tell us what to do? Even we paid timely for netplus connection. Then why the id terminate? Why local team not informed to netplus for the active customer?.
Why netplus not investigate on this to take action.
As of now My wifi connectivity is still not working and I'm completley disappointed with this customer service.
I would request you to please escalate.
