Netplus Broadband — Modem Related Complaint | |||
I am Buy netplus broadband before 5 to 6 months.My cable operator say that the modem is Genexis and it was 5g speed and dual band….And he charge 2000 rupees of modem and 1 month bill charges… I am paid 2710 rupees but the cable operator say 5 days your modem is 4g and it was a single band…. He said you can apple 5g modem charges 1000 rupees…The cable operator cheat me …he charge 2000 rupees of 5g modem and not set 5g modem only set 4g modem….You can solve my problem and provide 5g modem of free of cost….The 4g modem speed is low and 5g modem speed is high ….
