Very Poor service of Net+ team, I have been struggling for activation of Calling on my User ID 3001097 since March 8 and till date no one even tried to resolve it multiple times called customer care and the Executives are not able to resolve the issue, later on they dont transfer calls to seniors and once luckily i got connected to one of the Lead Ankur +[protected], on 27 April and till date he is also not able to resolve the issue, even i have one more issue regarding 1 month free service which was committed, which they are not able to resolve, Let me know who can help me in this case i have never seen such kind of delay. Since Match 08 2021 its been about 3 months and still only two issues not resolved and i am paying each month as i have to because i am Help less.
