Yesterday On Dated 21.09.2022, Netplus Suspend My Account .After I Call On Customer Care I Get To Know There Is Some Safe Key Services Activated On My Account, Which I Didnt Activate Till Now And They Get It Without My Confirmation.
I Have Paid Broadband Bill On Apr'22 For 5+1 Month Scheme Which Means That It Will Get Over At End Of October'22 But They Stop Servcies In Sept'22
And When I Call At Customer Care They Didnt Respond Well. They Just Ignore My Problem. They Are Just Saying We Call You Later, Our Seniors Will Call You Shortly.
