I had applied for new connection on 26.12.19, 29.12.19 and probably again i had to request on 31.12.19. But to utter surprise, the connection has not been provided till date whereas the company claims that the new connection is installed within 3 days. The company has got encashed the cheque for rent of three months in advance. No customer care executive is able to inform as to who will come and when he will come for installation. Everyone is just making excuses. It seems that the company is not interested in making new customers. Was this information helpful? |
