But installation is not done yet. I have been calling and filing complaints with the company but still no one has come to rectify the issue. They keep telling me the issue has been escalated but nothing has been practically done. I had informed them i have work and need the connection on urgent basis but they did not listen to me. I told them please do the arrangements only if you can provide the urgent connection they agreed to it but has kept me waiting for more than a week now. I have been a previous customer. Their manpower had always been non-cooperative and don't bother about the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
