[Resolved] Netplus Broadband — Not working from last 3 days

I have netplus connection, most of the time there is issue arises but they fix in 2-4 hours mostly, but from last 3 days they are struggling to provide services. They don't even raising ticket for complaints. From view if you have any alternative never go for netplus broadband.

Updated by Navneet Naviral Again same problem, and the support don't know when it will get resolved. The company has no control over his employees. Situation is getting worst day by day, truly unprofessional attitude.

I think company will not able run business smoothly.

I have two internet connection from Netplus one in my office and one in home both are in Jalandhar same pincode.. office net is working but home net is not working since 10 days.. when i call and complain for this they ask there is area server down and not register my complaint.. if the area is down then how my office internet is working bcoz my office and my home is in same area.. very bad service.. no one ready to listen my concern since 10 days i have do many calls and want to complain but its never work.
