Netplus Broadband — overpayment : fraud activity | |||
I want to file a complaint against netplus broadband service. We took their connection back on 1st april 2020. ₹599 unlimited data plan and after including gst the total bill will be around ₹700. After 3-4 months we got to know that they provided a smaller plan of ₹499 but they were billing us for ₹700. We paid all bills on the time to our cable provider as he was the collector. And on august 21st our internet was not working and when we called them to report an issue they said we’ve an outstanding balance of 2000₹. We paid ₹2121 at the spot.in april ₹1393, may ₹1200, june ₹700, july ₹700. And online payment of ₹2121 in august. Total : ₹6114. Actual bill is ₹3000 of 5 months. So i called them to ask for a refund of ₹3100. Dropped an email request with all the receipts. At the first time they said they will provide waver of ₹3100 or will send cash. But then after they started making excuses. I even told them to adjust this in next bills. Receipts attached. They never responded. I need your help. Was this information helpful? | |||
