Netplus Broadband — Plan upgrade and misleading information

We have a net + broadband connection with customer ID number[protected], by the name Ujjwal kant. Five days back we receive the marketing call from the marketing team to upgrade our plan from 707 to 825 per month upgraded speed from 50 to 100 mbps, now they are giving false information that customer have to pay for the modem and the landline wire, companies call centre of netplus disconnectes the call in between. Malicious practices of the company must be regulated they first open customer complaint tickets and close them automatically by themselves. Customer care asks me to talk to local operator and local operator informed me to call the customer care. I request this consumercomplaint platform to look into the matter and talk to business + guys and resolve the issue once and all & for all the customers. Regards
